Deposit & Cancellation Policy
At Make Me Up USA, we are committed to providing exceptional, bespoke service to every client. To ensure the highest level of care and respect for our Master Artist's schedule, the following policies apply to all appointments:

Non-Refundable Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be credited toward the total cost of your service. Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit is received.

Rescheduling & Cancellations: We require at least 48 hours' notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. If you reschedule with more than 48 hours' notice, your deposit will be transferred to your new appointment (limited to one reschedule).

Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations made within less than 48 hours of the appointment, or failure to show up (No-Show), will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. A new deposit will be required to book a future session.

Late Arrivals: Please arrive on time. If you are more than 1 hour late, we may not be able to accommodate your procedure, as it affects the schedule of other clients. In this case, your appointment will be considered a cancellation, and the deposit will be forfeited.

Right to Refuse Service: We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who presents medical contraindications or fails to follow pre-care instructions, for your own safety.

Your safety and the healed results of your hyper-realistic permanent makeup are our top priorities. Please follow these medical-grade guidelines carefully.
Pre-Care (Before Your Appointment): To minimize bleeding and ensure optimal pigment retention:

24 Hours Prior: Strictly avoid alcohol, caffeine (coffee, tea, energy drinks), and heavily caffeinated foods.
-
48-72 Hours Prior: Do not take blood-thinning medications or supplements such as Aspirin, Ibuprofen (Advil), Vitamin E, Niacin, or Fish Oil (unless prescribed by a doctor).
-
2-4 Weeks Prior: Avoid Botox, fillers, chemical peels, lasers, and intense sun exposure/sunburns on the facial area. Discontinue Retinol and AHA skincare products around the brow area.
Aftercare (The Healing Process): Your bespoke procedure includes a Premium Healing Kit.

Days 1-7 (Keep it Clean & Dry): Gently wash the area morning and night using the sterile water/gentle cleanser provided. Pat dry with a clean tissue. Apply a rice-grain amount of the healing ointment. Do not over-apply.
-
Avoid: No sweating (heavy workouts), swimming, saunas, or hot showers for at least 10 days.
-
No Makeup: Do not apply makeup on or near the treated area until fully healed.
-
Do Not Pick: Let any scabbing or flaking fall off naturally. Picking can cause scarring and pigment loss.
-
The Healing Cycle: Your brows will appear darker initially, start to flake, look lighter (ghosting phase), and the true color will bloom within 4-6 weeks.

Media Release: With your verbal or written consent, before-and-after photos or videos may be taken for medical records and portfolio use. You may opt out of having your face fully shown on social media.
